In one overview, the customer can assess all candidates from all intermediaries by quality and rate. Budgetwise, there are no surprises either: when the job requisition is filled, an indicative total bill is immediately available.

No more non-transparent hiring

You wish to control your hiring process. One central location for all your job requisitions. Using pre-defined profiles (templates) so that your hiring managers can easily fill in new job requisitions. No more hiring from parties that have not made an agreement with you.

Only approved hiring

The hiring manager lists the start and end date on the vacancy. Based on the profile, an indication for the commitment can be calculated. The budget approver digitally approves or rejects the vacancy. You can see where a vacancy lingers in your organisation. All steps are documented minute by minute in a so-called audit trail.

Your supplier accepts your hiring terms and conditions

Before the candidate is proposed, the hiring terms and conditions are digitally presented to the supplier. These need to be approved.

Quick candidate top 5

Within the agreed time frame, you will receive candidates and accompanying documents, from which you will select a top 5 for the hiring manager.

Accepting and rejecting candidates and suppliers

You can accept the right candidate or candidates just by pressing a button. If desired, candidates can also be rejected by pressing a button. However, it is also possible to provide individual feedback for each rejected candidate.
