We have been working to develop an evaluation module. Within this module, managers, budget managers and flex-workers can be asked about the performance of suppliers, customers and the MSP/hiring desk. The design has been set up to be as flexible as possible so that the configuration of evaluations is quick and easy, and gathering all relevant information can be done with the press of a button.
The VMS supports the creation of various questionnaires in which multiple choice questions, input fields with numerical or textual answers, and questions with open input fields can be added. This makes it possible to gather both qualitative and quantitative (1-to-10 scores or NPS) data outputs via the evaluations. The evaluations always run via an assignment, where these can be grouped under a specific denominator (e.g. all assignments within a certain job category). In addition, relative dates can be selected (e.g. 2 days after the end date of the assignment) so that newly added assignments are automatically included in the evaluation cycle.
By using the questionnaires, each hiring desk clerk can quickly send out an evaluation manually and get insight into the answers to the assignment. To ensure complete control, all evaluations (automatically scheduled or sent manually) can be managed in an evaluation overview. After the evaluations have been completed, the answers can be viewed per individual evaluation, or grouped and extracted from the VMS via the existing reporting possibilities.
We see the evaluation module as a key component in acting to create a more robust ‘corporate memory’, and as always – we welcome your feedback and thoughts. Are you interested in enabling this module? Then please contact us.
